Send one swing from any modern phone and get back the whole mechanical picture: the hips to trunk to hands sequence, contact position, weight transfer, timing to the zone, and bat path when the barrel is clearly trackable. No markers, no sensors on the bat, no lab.

Pose estimation tracks 33 body landmarks in every frame. From those the engine computes a complete mechanical profile, deterministically: the same clip always produces the same numbers.

Every number ships with its basis landmarks and a confidence value. Anything the engine cannot measure confidently is absent, not estimated. That policy is the product.
From the side, whole body in frame, 120 frames per second or slow motion mode, clean background. One swing per clip where you can.
One to thirty seconds is plenty. Your video stays on the server, and only numeric metrics reach the feedback layer.
Qualitative reads per area, a summary, and up to three priorities, each paired with a named drill and a cue. No score, because a single number never told anyone what to fix.
Log a real outcome weeks later and see whether the work moved the needle, on the same baseline as the first session.
We measured youth players and professionals on the same day and the numeric scores did not separate them. Every report read the same. So the score came out, and what replaced it is a set of honest reads: strength, solid, work on, or estimate, plus the three things worth fixing first. A hitter does not need a 74 out of 100. They need to know that the hands are leaving early and which drill fixes it.
The other half of the picture is the part the video cannot see. Exit velocity, bat speed off a sensor, and pitch recognition come from your staff and your equipment. Type them into the report and they travel with it, so the mechanical read and the outcome sit side by side over a season.
